Each portrait is created completely from scratch — designed around your photo, your chosen jumper, and every little feature that makes your pet special.

Choose your jumper size and colour, and upload a few clear photos of your pet so I can see their face, markings, and expression.
2️⃣ Receive your quote
Once I’ve reviewed your photos and details, I’ll send you a personalised quote based on the number of pets, portrait size, and design complexity.
3️⃣ Approve and perfect your concept
You’ll have a chance to review the quote and any design notes — this is where we can make small adjustments before I start stitching.
4️⃣ Stitching begins
After approval, your portrait is hand-embroidered with care — every stitch capturing fur texture, shading, and personality. This stage takes many hours, as each design is one of a kind.
5️⃣ Your heirloom arrives
Once complete, your jumper is carefully washed, packaged, and sent on its way — ready to become a forever keepsake.
