Can I inquire about a custom idea or order?

Custom and personalized orders are a majority of what my store offers! Please send me a message with what you are looking for if you do not see a specific design in my shop and I am happy to work with you on creating something that you love!

If you don't see an item in my shop that you are looking to have personalised, I am happy to help source an item and complete the personalisation for you! 

What are the EBL knits made from?

They are made from 100% cotton, these knits are soft on your child’s skin and easy to care for. They also have a touch of stretch, which helps them endure through growth spurts and last longer

What is the sizing like on each item?

The Elora By Lenore knits feature an oversized fit, offering your little one plenty of room to grow. If you prefer a more fitted look, consider sizing down.

How should I care for my EBL items?

Hand-washing is highly recommended. We understand that time can be limited with little ones, so if you need to machine wash, please turn the item inside out, use a delicate bag, and select a cold, gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry.

Some pilling of the embroidery is normal after washing and wearing. To maintain its appearance, carefully trim any excess with small, sharp scissors.

Our embellishments are securely hand-sewn and comply with all Children's Apparel Product Guidelines for Safety.

What is the turn around time like?

Items typically take 2 to 5 weeks to complete before shipping, though this timeline may vary depending on the volume of orders. I’m dedicated to processing your orders as quickly as possible.

Do you offer expedited order requests?

Yes! If you need your order expedited, please choose the 'Rush my order' option to move it to the top of the queue and select express shipping.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, international shipping is available. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any taxes, duties, or shipping delays.

How much do I need to spend for free shipping?

Any orders over $150 from customers in Australia or New Zealand will receive free shipping!

What is the return and exchange policy?

Due to the personalised nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is correct, as we are unable to remake items due to incorrect submissions.
